How to Become a Community Provider Partner
Fix it Forward works with community-based service providers in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas who support individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

Step 1: Connect With Us
Organizations interested in partnering with Fix it Forward can reach out to info@fixitforward-id.org to talk about the services they provide and the populations they support. This helps ensure our programs align with the needs of your clients.

Step 2: Review the Partnership Agreement
Referral partnerships include a short Memorandum of Understanding that outlines how referrals are submitted, how communication occurs, and how both organizations work together to support clients and their confidentiality.

Step 3: Sending Referrals
Once the partnership is established, your organization will be sent our referral materials to begin!
